See the different Shades of % of Window tint.  The higher the number the lighter the tint.. When it comes to Window Tint you really need to have an expert . There are tint for windows of auto that  is different from homes,  which is  different from commercial. 

Besides the percentage there is color and layers (ply) non reflective, reflective.... if you improperly install the wrong tint (film) damage can be done to the glass.. like cracks or
